ABOUT FLASH BACK ACADEMY
Welcome to Flash Back Theater,

Our mission is to create change through the arts, teaching social awareness and self-improvement.
Just because times are tough, it doesn't mean that these experiences are new. Our families have all been faced with challenges for hundreds of years. However through hard work and unity we over came many We encourage former foster care youth, those who have suffered from mental health issues and homelessness, and US forces veterans, to take advantage this opportunity and enroll with us today.

Our primary purpose is to provide training and education to at-risk youth and adults and the under-served community to change negative behaviors and transition into independent living.

Our Philosophy
The philosophy behind Flash Back Academy is to help those people who may have fallen between the cracks and forgotten our abilities as a nation. Yes we have had our differences but that is part of our greatness to overcome our differences to become the best we can be. We air to never turn away those who are in need, and to help as many people as we can.
Our History
Founded by Dr. Allen L Brown in 1983, Flash Back Academy is part of the Grass Roots Community Network (GRCN) in Los Angeles, California. Dr. Brown and his team have developed the Academy from scratch into a multi-format training and housing facility.
